Emek Fabrics operates as a fully jacquard weaving mill. Every fabric we produce — from chenille to bouclé, from luxury constructions to outdoor performance fabrics — is woven on jacquard looms, allowing precise pattern control across the full width of the fabric.
We develop custom designs from the ground up. Whether working from a client's reference, a mood board, or a brief, our team translates design intent into woven constructions — and produces sampling faster than most mills in the market.
Custom colorways are available across our full range. A client's colour reference — whether a Pantone, a physical swatch, or a specification — can be matched and produced to order.
Jacquard Weaving
Every construction we produce is jacquard woven — allowing complex pattern work across the full fabric width, from simple textures to intricate multi-colour designs.
Custom Colour Development
Colour matching begins at the yarn stage. We work from Pantone references, physical swatches, or client specifications to develop custom palettes produced to order.
Collection Development
From initial brief to finished sample, we develop complete fabric collections — pattern, texture, colour, and construction — built around our clients' design vision.
Sample Development
Strike-offs, hangers, and header cards produced on demand. Sampling is fast — because we know it is where decisions are made.
Private Label Production
